The process was as pleasant an experience as I've ever had while purchasing a vehicle.The sales person ( Monica Esenwein) gave me all the answers to my questions that I needed to make decisions. She was friendly, curtious,& agreed to the pricing I needed to complete the sale That Day !! Great people " All" around.

Their sales people were nice and helpful. Service section was also very good.

I thought I wouldn't ever get a new KIA Telluride until I contacted Diehl Kia of Hermitage. Everywhere I looked, they keep telling me the MSRP is the price. Then I talked to Anthony at Diehl Kia of Hermitage. I said give me the best OTD price and he got back to me with a great deal. I live 3 hours away from this dealership and it was a great deal to travel for. Everyone was very friendly at this dealership. Had an amazing experience buying my new Kia Carnival with Anthony - he was honest and straightforward - no BS! He told me him and his manager would make it worth it for me to get my car there and it was - they did a lot of the paperwork over the phone which made the transaction smooth and fast when I was there! Finance manager was amazing as well! Will recommend anyone going there!

Kylin Hart was an excellent sales person from whom we purchased Niro PHEV. He helped us learn about all the new features especially the electronics. He spent the time needed to help finalize the deal. The only concern we had is that I need to bring our Kia back to Hermitage for a repair or even a change in oil rather than going tro a Kia dealership in our Kent, OH area. I started at the Chevy dealership with Elijah and looked at several vehicles. I explained to Elijah what features and colors I was looking for with easy technology, comfortable mid size suv awd. I ended up leasing a 2025 kia soltes ex gravity gray. Very happy with my new vehicle. Elijah reviewed features and were easy to understand and exactly what I was looking for. Elijah met me at the kia dealership and along with staff there (Maddison and Colleen) I was in my new vehicle with kia app professionally installed on my phone same day. Kudos to Diehl Chevy and Diehl Kia for their professional, friendly service working together truly as one team. I look forward to working with them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great new car experience!!
